The Circle of Health is composed of the many aspects of your life. There are connections between these aspects and your overall health. The Circle of Health helps you examine well-being from many angles. M.A.P. Whole Health Wellness Coaching focuses on Mindful awareness, moving the body, your surroundings, personal development, nourishment, recharging, relationships, spirit and soul, power of the mind. Mindful awareness "ME" represents what is important to your life and includes your mission, aspirations and purpose. Your coaching focuses on you as a unique person. Being in a state of mindful awareness helps you see what matters to you. Self care are the circumstances and choices you make in your everyday life. Professional care you receive include tests, medications, supplements, examinations, treatments, and counseling. This also includes complementary holistic approaches such as acupuncture and mind-body therapies. Lastly, your community the people, groups and relationships with whom you are connected.


Moving the Body - Energy & Flexibility
Moving the body includes any activity that uses your energy to move the large muscles in your body. Some activities increase your stamina while others improve your strength, flexibility, or balance.

Surroundings - Physical & Emotional
